The Path I Walked On

I supposed that I won't buy new watch anytime soon after I bought new watch before I went to university..But due to mishap, the watch accidentally slipped into the toilet drain T-T..It happened so fast, I didn't have to react..Thankfully it was only RM30 watch, imagined if it was my pink Casio..I was so careless, now I learned my lesson..

Now my newest watch is pure purple Casio, the design almost same as my previous watch..I bought it RM143 using my matriculation allowance..Hopefully this time I will take care my watch more carefully..

Truthfully I never expect to buy digital camera anytime soon..However when my course club will be having camp this week, I feel like I needed digital camera to shoot the memory I'll be having..

Okay it seems that in university, I haven't grow up/matured physically compared to my peers..Simply because all around me seem to label me as adorable or cute..Even when I presented for Kemahiran Insaniah group in my class said that the way I presented it in adorable way..Ok, that's really interesting..

It more than a month ago I stepped my feet on UiTM Shah Alam..It is certainly feel like a distance memory..The expectation were high at first..I literally gawking at engineering faculty buildings when I first arrived here due to its size..Now that I see it everyday in front of my residential college, I feel it no longer humongous..

To my disappointment, the room size is quite small even though 2 person each room which is worse than UPM..Then to my horror the locker size is really small, half the size of matriculation's locker and I can't hang my dresses and blouses due to limited vertical space..So as a reminder to new students intake who going to stay in Melati College, if you're lazy and like to hang clothes instead of folding it just prepare to buy/bring a new hanging rack..The placement of sockets are also very inconvenient because I have to consider my roommate..The arrangement of furniture make me a bit mad cause I can't change the arrangement to make the accessibility of socket easier..The space to hang clothes to dry also very limited since in Melati College there's no open balcony in front of room to hang clothes..

On the upside, UiTM Shah Alam really close to Giant, MacDonald, KFC, Pizza Hut, Tutti Fruiti and Subway (my favourite)..I really like cause I don't have to go far shopping for food..However, the temptation to overspend is really high..I can't help it >.<..

I extremely exhausted after finished packing all the things..Fortunately I already folded my clothes before I went back home from matriculation..Let's just say the amount of bags increase since I went from matriculation -.-..I will bring four bag of clothes,a backpack, laptop bag, a bag of shoes, a bag of other stuffs and a plastic bag of food..Really being a girl is quite troublesome..The expectation is too high =/..

I wasn't exactly fond of driving car..At first I really amazed to people who does drives manual car..I had a hard time driving it without the car engine kept dying..Then I slowly become better then I started to like the prospect of driving car..Of cause this included a lot of practice..

In the beginning I had run into so many problems..My driving instructor practically frustrated, irritated, annoyed and vexed with my attitude..I didn't know how he put up with me =X..That's the reason I discovered my major weakness which are my stubbornness and hard-headed..I was so hard to obey the instruction given..Maybe I just like doing my own way..Too bad it doesn't work well with the road laws..

However, it all changed when my driving instructor started to converse me in English, I become much better listener and obey more..Which is weird and ridiculous..Maybe because my mum nags in Malay my brain starts to tune less and English because I learn in English medium obviously..

After 13 hours of practical driving, I did my first JPJ test..My driving instructor had some faith in me for succeeding..However, I failed both part II and III test unfortunately..I failed on climbing hill with 2 attempts..First I succeeded to pass the yellow line..I didn't manage to go down hill however..Then second attempt I didn't even pass the yellow line because I was too nervous..

On part III, I didn't even managed to get out from Sepakat because I nearly hit a freaking tree..Why on earth before this I never hit a tree before, then all sudden on the test day the tree seem to call me =.=..That was the turning point I started to get some recognition from uncles(Pak Ciks)who being in charged there..

On second JPJ test, I passed part II with flying colour..Nonetheless, I still failed part III because I didn't see an upcoming motorcycle from left..Then I was freaking out when I didn't know which road to take which caused me to delay turning the steering wheel and the rest was history..I made the mistakes while still in Sepakat compound but I still managed to drive a little bit over Sepakat..My driving instructor was shocked because he had high expectation of me passing..

On third JPJ test, I finally passed part III once for all..At this point even the uncles(Pak Ciks) prayed for my success haha ><..I'm so glad and ecstatic a bit..When I walking towards my driving instructor, he was closing his eyes with his both hands..It was so funny and cute like trying to play peek-a-boo..I guess he was anxious my test turned out..Too bad he didn't see my obvious grinning..I'm happy that it turned out well and I finally ended my driving practice with my driving instructor..

So yeah that's my story of getting driver license..

Roughly about 1 month I will pursue my education in a university..It seem a huge achievement but frankly I didn't feel much..Maybe it just me but my father definitely proud that 3 of his children continued their studies in university..However I still grateful to have the chance to further my study..

On 29 May, the result of PSPM 2 was announced..I only checked the result the next day because I was anxious about my result..Nevertheless, the result was a bit unexpected because I got B+ in Mathematics which was such a huge improvement..I never got decent marks in Mathematics during matriculation whether in exams or quizzes, the highest grade was C+..I was practically almost crying when I read the result..I'm forever thankful to my former Additional Mathematics teacher, Puan Roslini Binti Razali cause she paid attention to me to improve my basic algebra and calculus which was incredibly lacking..It isn't exacly stable but there are some topics that I found I good at..Like Mathematics in semester 2 seem to focus on statistics and probability which actually I have good basic..

However I got A- in Chemistry which I expected because I definitely screwed up Paper 2..It served reminder to me never ever try to do revision in just one night regarding Organic Chemistry..No matter how good I am in Chemistry..It just won't work because it's just too confusing and I tend to mix up a lot..I regreted a bit wished I do revision much ealier..Other subjects like Biology, Physics and English I got A..When I got A in Physics in both PSPM, it was like practically screaming that I should pick courses that related engineering..Even so, my mathematics is only decent so I decided to pick chemistry courses which used less complicated mathematic =.=..My CGPA in PSPM 2 is 3.77 so overall is 3.7..Well no 4 flat for me but I guess I could work hard to achieve it during university..

In the other hand, I mildly suprised that I got A in English because it was quite hard to score A in English during matriculation..I could guess the marking a bit lenient than last time or the assigment given contributed huge marks..

Last Friday after about a year I got my upper jaw brace, it was the time to wear the bottom brace..Supposedly I could wear bottom brace on early May but I sorta freaked out when the doctor announced it because I came unprepared..I mean I didn't take heavy lunch before the appointment..I knew how troublesome to eat after I got my brace last year..

After getting the bottom brace on, I didn't eat at all that day unless you counted a tiny piece of candy ._. ..My gum was so sore I had to take a nap early in the night to dull off the pain..No I didn't take any painkillers at all, I just bared with it for like 3 days..Based on my experience,getting adjusted bottom brace a tiny more difficult than upper one, cause there obstruction of my tongue due to the molar bands..It caused me to have lisp..However the cements on the left side started to crack and eventually I able to remove the molar band when the cements all cracked off..I no longer have lisp now =P..But the wire now protruding though..

After a year getting upper brace,I think my open mouth smile looks much nicer now even with braces..I don't notice much difference in teeth arrangement though..Back then,I didn't like my smile somewhat due overbite problem..Even I wearing brace now, the overbite is still there..Hopefully it get fix when I off my braces..

Up till today, it still hurts a bit when I tried to bite food using my front teeth..

I in writing mood right now,so I feel like writing what I did during study week and PSPM2 weeks..

Saturday's night,the last class day,I attended Miss Chew Physics summary class in LH6..It was revision for me because frankly I didn't touch Chapter 1: Electrostatic and Chapter 2: Capacitance since the UPS exam =P..Thankfully I still remembered most of the things..The next day on 7 April 2012, in the early morning I went to Physics PSPM workshop..However the session was cut short because I have to attend MUnSyI test for USM..

I took my own sweet time to answer the test which consist of 310 questions, truthfully I barely finished it on time..Although the questions are objective and some of them only have 2 options,I surely took a long time to finish the test..When I heard my friend finished within first 30 minute of the test,I was sure she answered the questions with much a second thought..Well for me,I thought thoroughly every question like some kind of serious exam..The test not required much thinking more like questions on your personality and interest..

Later that afternoon, I attended another Miss Chew class and also at night.By the end of that night,I somewhat getting saturated with Physics >.< ..Then on Monday's night, it also the same..I was exhausted by then..

On Monday morning, I went to last Biology tutorial class to discuss about Chapter 12: Recombinant DNA Technology,the last chapter..Later that night,it was the last Miss Chew class..I sighed a relief after it was over because it was getting repetitive and my brain getting over saturated with Physics if possible =X..Imagined cramped all 13 chapters of Physics in 4 days..However, I'm forever grateful to Miss Chew for having Physics summary classes because it was revision for me because I never touched Physics again until the day before Physics paper >.> ..

The next day, I woke up slightly late around 9am..Then I read a message from my tutorial mate,Athirah informed me that Unit Peperiksaan will pass PSPM2 examination slip on 10am in the morning..I was skeptical at first because I never read or hear a notice about it..I couldn't ask my roommates because they still blissfully asleep =.=ll..In the end I went to get my exam slip after convinced seeing my friend getting ready to go DSK although albeit I was late like 15 minutes *cough*..

The rest of the week, went uneventfully..Honestly I didn't revision on any subject much..Even if I did
it surely forgotten quickly =X..Like Chemistry and Biology..I spent the week mostly on sleeping, reading manga and watching anime ._. ...Although there was a tinge of regret that I didn't do revision on Organic Chemistry and practice Mathematics more..

After about a year, I finally finished my study at Perak Matriculation College yesterday (KMPk)..Well actually the classes ended 3 weeks ago, but the examination only just ended yesterday..Time sure flies especially when I had 8 AM - 4 PM classes..There nothing a lot I could do at the end of the day, because I exhausted.

There a lot of bittersweet memories while I in KMPk..Although mostly it was wonderful experience after the awkward semester 1 was over..

My lecturers during semester 2 were fantastic with just my lecturer of Math lecture a bit lacking..I got the same Physics and Biology tutorial lecturers as last semester..

On 3 March 2012 I went to field trip to Taman Herba Perak..There a lot of interesting herbal plants..The park manager gave a lot of valuable information and she gave us to taste some part of plants..I tasted from fruit,leaves till flower itself..

On 23 March, my hostel block,Seri Kerian organised dinner..

Then 28 March, my KMM organised dinner party..Although there was last minute in change of venue..It was still very fun and lively..
